Shetland shearling (year old) - ready now and will be processed to order.
Weight of whole lamb 10 to 16 kgs.
Weight of whole shearling 16 to 20 kgs.
Rolled shoulder is similar in weight
chops or for the special meal, rolled loin to be cut into noisettes
The other cuts may be made into lamb burgers or sausages but the mince is ideal for moussaka and stewing cubes the best for hotpot or Irish stew, great for the cold winter evenings!

A whole lamb = 85
Half lamb = 50
Individual cuts:
Leg on the bone = 12 per kilo
Boned leg joint = 14 per kilo
Gigot Chops = 14 per kilo
Rolled shoulder = 10 per kilo
Rolled Loin/noisettes = 18 per kilo
Chops = 14 per kilo
Mince/stewing = 8 per kilo
Burgers = 0.90p each
Sausages = 8 per kilo
Ready 2 to 3 weeks after the order is placed and deposit paid.
