We will have more at the end of July/beginning August chilled and vacuum packed
This is in great demand and will be sold on a 'first come first served' basis.

All Dexter beef is delicious but there is always a 'run' on what are considered the best cuts i.e. steaks, sirloin and rib roasts etc.
These cuts will be sold to those who also buy the cheaper stewing and mince packs ....... you will never wish to buy supermarket mince again!
The price is regulated by the price of meat at the time but on average the following Price List will apply
Prices can vary and these should be used as a guideline only.
Rib on the bone = 14 per kilo
Rolled Topside/Silverside = 14 per kilo
Rolled Brisket = 9 per kilo
Rolled Rib = 20 per kilo
Sirloin joint/steaks = 28 per kilo
Fillet steaks = 38 per kilo
Rump steak = 14 per kilo
Popeseye = 18.32 per kilo
Frying steak = 12 per kilo
Braising steak = 12 per kilo
Stewing steak = 11 per kilo
Steak Mince = 9.90 per kilo
